Shipping
Items are shipped out within 2 days after your order is completed. We use USPS and DHL for the fastest shipping options ans you should receive your product within 3 - 7 days.
Amount of time to return product cannot exceed 7 days from date of purchase.
Return Classification:

1. Defective Items
2. Incorrect Items
3. Non-Defective Items
4. Buyers Remorse
All defective and incorrect items will be replaced or will be issued as in house credit. We will ship the non
defective and/or correct item back for free.

merchandise .
Provide with the order number.
The RMA Number you are provided must be clearly written on the outside of the returning package, or the package will be refused.
Please have the following information available when returning a product.
• Invoice Number
• Item Number
• If the returning item is a ring, please provide us with the ring size
• Quantity
• Reason for the return, ie. wrong size, damaged, etc.
Original tags must be in tact. Items with no tag will not be accepted. Worn or altered merchandise will not accepted. We will not provide the shipping costs for returns back to us.
